    What is Rip Rap?
    Shouldn't some of these expenses (fall festival, Rip Rap, funds for garage sale) be approved by a vote? The increase in dues was for road improvements. Yet we still have the same pot holes.
    Side note, and I'm sure it's the same across the entire neighborhood, people need to slow down. The contractors for the most are doing great. I see the same white SUV daily speeding past without due regard. Slow down before you hit a child.
