HOA BOARD MEETING MINUTES - MAY 3, 2022


The Board Members elected at the HOA Annual meeting held on April 28, 2022, for a two-year term are:

Liz Lewis, Les Moore, Coby Sena, Gerre Slaton, Steve Tate, and Roma Tilghman.

 

On Monday evening, May 3rd, 2022, the newly elected HOA Board Members

met in a closed meeting to elect officers and conduct a few housekeeping duties.

 

All board members were present with the exception of Roma Tilghman, who participated in the meeting by telephone.

 

The Board members selected officers as follows:

Roma Tilghman; President.

Coby Sena; Vice-President.

Steve Tate; Co-Treasurer.

Gerre Slaton; Co-Treasurer and Secretary.

 

 

The board would like to try and hold monthly board meetings.  Once a quarter, we would like to have the meetings at the Woodcrest Fire Station.  The rest would be held in the neighborhood. 

Board meeting notices will be posted at the front entrance on the sign board, on Nextdoor, and on our FB page. 

Board meetings are open to all HOA members. 

 

The first board meeting will be held on Thursday, May 12th at 6:30pm.

Board Meeting 03/10/2022

 

Meeting held at Woodcrest Fire Department

Attendance: Board Members: Kapin, Gerre, Liz, Kathy, and Roma

                       Homeowners: Robert Glendening, Frank Lee, Pan and Dennis Doner, Ron and Denise Parker, Blair Monhollon, Coby Sena, Linda and Tom Hicks

Meeting Called to Order at 6:35 pm

Minutes from previous meeting were read and approved

Treasury report was read by Kathy

37 out of 86 lots have already paid their dues

Green View Lawn Care was approved to continue to provide lawn service and snow removal for the next year

Christmas lights were discussed: there are 7 homeowners with lights still up

Annual meeting will be held the end of April we will need to vote on new board members

Jimmy Smith resigned from the board

Amberlea Smith resigned from the architecture committee

All architecture requests need to be submitted to architecture@woodlandfarmshoa.com

There was much discussion amongst the homeowners about the need to fix the roads and how to pay for it. 

Annual Meeting will be April 28,2022 at 6:30PM at the Woodcrest Fire Department

Board Meeting 11/30/2021

Meeting Called to Order 6:35

Attendance: Kapin, Jamin, Kathy, Gerre, Liz, Roma, Jimmy, 

Previous minutes read and approved

Old Business:

Ditch Erosion: homeowners will fix problem on their property and then the association will fix the drainage ditch issue.

New business: 

Raising Dues: it was discussed and unanimously voted to raise the yearly dues to $500.00 to help with the cost of road repair.

Raising Maximum Allowable Dues: It was discussed and unanimously voted to raise the maximum allowable dues 20% to $691.20.

Christmas Lights: The board voted to instill a time frame for Christmas lights to be put up and taken down. The unanimous vote was light should be put up no earlier than November 1 and taken down by January 31.
