NOTICE ABOUT THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of the Association has created an Architectural Committee subject to the provisions of Article 3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Woodland Farms (the “Declaration”), to review new construction and administer and enforce architectural standards.

Section 3.3 of the Declaration states:

          “Prior to commencing any activity or phase of construction of any type or description within the scope of Section 3.2 (of the Declaration), an Owner shall submit an application for approval of the proposed work to the Architectural Committee….”
