Please Observe the Pet Policy

We have had several home owners express concern about neighborhood pets roaming the neighborhood unsupervised.

Please respect your neighbors, their yards and families by following the guidance pertaining to animals in the HOA covenants and bylaws. It states:

"No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot, except that dogs, cats or other common household pets may be kept provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose, and provided further that any such pet is not known to be vicious, dangerous, or known to be a threat to injure people or other household pets. All pets must be restrained with in boundaries of Owners lot unless accompanied by Owner."

Road Repair Update

One of the items brought up at the May HOA meeting was the numerous damaged or failed areas in the roads. BOC contacted 4Corners regarding the Phase III roads and notified us that there is a one-year warranty on that road. The contractor who built the road has fixed one area on Timberline Trail, but wants to wait and see how the road holds up over time and make repairs after more time has passed.

As of the writing of this post, the communications committee has received no information to pass along regarding the status of the roads in Phases I and II. If you have a specific question(s) regarding the roads that you would like the committee to pose to BOC, please email us those questions with the understanding that we will send them to BOC and provide their response.

Welcome to the Woodland Farms HOA

Hello Neighbors!

At the most recent HOA meeting, Block One Communities (BOC), our HOA management group employed by 4Corners, requested that we elect a Communication Committee to help coordinate questions and more effectively disseminate information out to the entire neighborhood. After several minutes of everyone staring around the room at each other, Frank Lee, Chris McMiller and Lori Conaway (me), volunteered.

We've met once and have a few plans, but we thought it was important to set up a Web site as quickly as possible so that everyone could easily access the information we have and submit questions, suggestions, ideas, jokes, or whatever. :-) We built this in a couple of hours so expect it to grow and improve over time.

We're looking forward to chatting with all the neighbors we know and meeting all of you who we don't at the neighborhood cookout on Saturday July 20 (see the activities tab for details or reference the flyer Brooke brought by your house this week). We'll be passing out some info there and soliciting some feedback on a few ideas so we hope you'll all join us!

Have a beautiful day in the neighborhood (sorry - couldn't resist the Mr. Rogers reference)!!
