We have had several home
owners express concern about neighborhood pets roaming the neighborhood
unsupervised.
Please respect your
neighbors, their yards and families by following the guidance pertaining to
animals in the HOA covenants and bylaws. It states:
"No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind
shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot,
except that dogs, cats or other common household pets may be kept provided that
they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose, and provided
further that any such pet is not known to be vicious, dangerous, or known to be
a threat to injure people or other household pets. All pets must be restrained
with in boundaries of Owners lot unless accompanied by Owner."
